Citrix Receiver has been gone for a while, its been replaced by Citrix WorkSpace. There was an update two days ago for Workspace that you need to install for Catalina that should get you going again.

Citrix Workspace app for Mac supports the following operating systems: macOS Catalina (10.15) Citrix Workspace app for Mac can be used on macOS Big Sur Beta 8 in test environments. Do not use Citrix Workspace app for Mac on macOS Big Sur Beta versions in production environments. Compatible Citrix. Go to and log in with your WCSU username/password. Click on Detect Receiver. If you have Citrix Receiver (AKA CIitrix Workspace App) installed, you may be prompted to Allow Workspace Launcher. Otherwise, you we bill prompted to download the Citrix Workspace App. Click ‘I agree’ and click. Beginning August 2018, Citrix Receiver will be replaced by Citrix Workspace app. While you can still download older versions of Citrix Receiver, new features and enhancements will be released for Citrix Workspace app. Citrix Workspace app is a new client from Citrix that works similar to Citrix Receiver and is fully backward-compatible with.

unfamiliar with this software, I can only point to where it was found that has a
